Illinois Central College extends sincere congratulations to four ICC students who were recently selected by the Illinois Soybean Association to comprise its very first mentee cohort for the Growing Careers in Ag mentorship experience.

ICC congratulates students in the Horticulture Program who completed internships during the spring 2017 semester.

ICC Paralegal Program students completed their summer internships at various law firms, state's attorney's offices, legal aid offices, as well as local businesses. They earned 225 hours of real-world paralegal experience over the course of an eight-week summer semester. These ABA Approved Paralegal Program students did a fantastic job. Congratulations!

Students in ICC's Criminal Justice Program this summer participated in internships to gain real-world perspectives on a potential career field.

Freshmen students in the GM-ASEP program at Illinois Central College are preparing for the first of four internships they will complete as part of their training.

Students in the Diesel Powered Equipment Technology Program at Illinois Central College recently completed an internship as part of their associate in applied science degree program.

Students in the ICC agriculture program recently completed spring internships as part of their programs of study. The internships are a requirement for ag students earning an associate in applied science degree and allow them to apply the knowledge and skills from their coursework in the real world of work.

Thirteen students recently completed internships as part of the paralegal program at Illinois Central College. As part of their program of study, the students completed a 225-hour internship at a law firm, pro-bono office, or governmental agency and worked under the supervision of a licensed attorney.

Twelve Illinois Central College students are completing a public relations internship during the Spring 2012 semester. In this role, they will assist with promotion, communication, and media relations for the 2012 National Junior College Athletic Association's Women's Basketball National Tournament that ICC will host March 20-24.
