Illinois Central College to Host Visit for Home Educators and High School-Aged Students

East Peoria, IL (01/31/2022) — Illinois Central College will host a Home Educator Visit Day for home-educated students and their parents on Friday, February 25, from 8:30 am-12 pm at the East Peoria Campus.

The visit will provide an overview of ICC, including the college's 150+ programs, home school admission policies, student life, financial aid, scholarships, and more. Attendees can ask questions during a live panel with current ICC faculty and students and take a campus tour.

"Illinois Central College recognizes the growing number of home-educated families in central Illinois. We believe it's important to offer a campus visit day specifically for home-educated, high-school-aged students, and their parents," said ICC Director of Admissions Rodney San Jose. "We appreciate the opportunity to work side-by-side with our home-educated students and their families."

Space is limited and registration is required before Friday, February 18. All CDC guidelines will be observed, and face masks are required within all campus buildings. For more information or to register, visit icc.edu/home-educator-day.
