Illinois Central College Invites Prospective Students and Families to Upcoming Campus Visit Days

East Peoria, IL (08/27/2025) — Illinois Central College (ICC) invites prospective students and their families to experience campus life firsthand during a series of Campus Visit Day this fall. These events provide visitors the opportunity to tour the campus, connect with current students and faculty, and learn about the resources ICC offers to support students. Attendees will discover a variety of career paths, including earning a certificate to start their career, earning a two-year associate degree, or taking classes to transfer to a four-year college or university.

General Studies Visit Days

Explore a wide range of fields including Arts & Communications, Business & Finance, Education & Training, Human Services, Information Technology, Law & Public Services, and Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.

ICC also offers specialized Visit Days tailored to specific programs:

Agricultural & Industrial Technologies Visit Day

Friday, October 24 | East Peoria Campus | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Tour the Agricultural & Industrial Technologies building, see the equipment in action, and hear from faculty and students about programs in agriculture, manufacturing, automotive technology, and more.

Health Careers Visit Day

Friday, November 7 | Peoria Campus | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Explore over 20 health careers programs, tour high-tech facilities, and discover opportunities in high-demand healthcare fields.

Culinary Arts Visit Day

Wednesday, November 19 | Peoria Campus | 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Tour state-of-the-art kitchens and classrooms and meet faculty and students in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management programs.

Early College Visit Day

Wednesday, December 3 | East Peoria Campus | 9:00 a.m. - noon

Designed for students who have taken Dual Credit classes in high school, this event highlights next steps and additional opportunities to continue your education at ICC.
