Illinois Central College Hosts 2025 Commencement Ceremony
East Peoria, IL (05/14/2025) — Illinois Central College will celebrate 2,243 graduates with a commencement ceremony held at the Peoria Civic Center and livestreamed at icc.edu/event/commencement-2025/. The public and media are welcome to attend.
Speakers include ICC President Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey and student speaker Keiton Hamilton. The keynote address will be given by Doug Oberhelman, retired chief executive officer of Caterpillar.
