Illinois Central College Announces Spring Campus Visit Days
East Peoria, IL (01/28/2022) — Illinois Central College will host a series of Campus Visit Days this spring, inviting potential students and guests on campus to explore the college.
Attendees can discover a variety of career paths, such as earning a certificate to kickstart their career, earning a two-year associate degree, or taking classes to transfer to a four-year college or university. Potential students of all ages are encouraged to attend.
"ICC is excited to welcome students on campus for these visit days. We will provide an on-site experience where they can explore future careers while receiving first-hand information from ICC faculty and students," said ICC Director of Admissions Rodney San Jose.
Campus Visit Days will run from February 11 through April 22 with dates for general studies and other programs with a specialized focus.
Attendees can tour campus and talk with ICC students and faculty to learn more about 150+ programs of study. Information on financial assistance, scholarships, student activities, athletics, on-campus housing, and steps to register will also be available.
Undecided students can match their interests with prospective career fields by using ICC's online career assessment tool at icc.edu/careercoach.
Spring Campus Visit Days will be held:
General Studies - Feb. 11, Feb. 21, March 25, and April 22
9 am-12 pm at the East Peoria Campus (1 College Dr, East Peoria)
Agricultural & Industrial Technologies - March 4
9 am-12 pm at the East Peoria Campus (1 College Dr, East Peoria)
Health Careers - March 11
9 am-12 pm at the Peoria Campus (5407 N. University St., Peoria)
Registration is highly recommended. All CDC guidelines will be observed, and face masks are required within all campus buildings. Register at icc.edu/visit.
