Community Invited to Participate in ICC Presidential Search

East Peoria, IL (08/29/2025) — Illinois Central College is inviting community members to provide input in the search for the College's next president. With the upcoming retirement of Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey, the ICC Board of Trustees has engaged RH Perry & Associates to lead the presidential search. Consultants Jesse Thompson and Paul Doeg will conduct a Pre-Search Study to collect feedback from students, employees, and community members.

An online survey has been created to gather perspectives that will help shape the Executive Search Profile, which will guide the selection of ICC's new leader. The survey is available at: https://go.icc.edu/presidential-search-survey and will remain open through Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

In addition to the survey, three open focus group sessions will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. on ICC's East Peoria Campus, Room 212, and via Zoom (Meeting ID: 822 0162 8771, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82201628771).
