Ryan Foulk Earns Honor at National Speech Tournament

Ryan Foulk, of Peoria, IL, and the ICC Speech Team earned honors at the Phi Rho Pi national speech tournament for community colleges April 6-11 in Cleveland, Ohio.This year 59 schools competed in the competition.

Ryan helped the team earn a Silver Medal and earned a Bronze individual award in Impromptu.
