Mitchell Hill Graduates from Illinois Central College

Mitchell Andrew Hill, of Pekin, Ill., graduated from Illinois Central College, East Peoria, Ill., with a Certificate after completing the program of study during the Spring 2016 semester. Hill was among more than 900 students to earn a degree and/or certificate. Students were officially recognized during commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 14, at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Ill.
