Michal Richards Graduates from Illinois Central College

Michal Leigh Ann Richards, of Peoria, Ill., graduated from Illinois Central College, East Peoria, Ill., with an Associate in Applied Science Degree after completing the program of study during the Spring 2016 semester. Richards was among more than 900 students to earn a degree and/or certificate. Students were officially recognized during commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 14, at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Ill.
