Jason Howell Wins Journalism Award for ICC Student Newspaper

Jason Howell, of Morton, IL, was recently recognized at the Illinois Community College Journalism Association's 39th Annual Conference in Springfield for work with The Harbinger, the Illinois Central College student newspaper. Howell won honorable mention in sports photo. In addition to the individual student awards, the newspaper also received the Mike Foster Award for overall excellence.
