Janet Havens Receives ICC Scholarship

Illinois Central College awarded Janet J Havens, of Farmington, IL, with the General Wayne A. Downing Scholarship for the 2013-14 academic year. The scholarship was offered through the ICC Educational Foundation and is one of more than 900 scholarships totaling more than $1 million offered annually.
