Jacqueline Twing Graduates from Illinois Central College

Jacqueline Marie Twing, of Rock Island, Ill., graduated from Illinois Central College, East Peoria, with an Associate in Science Degree after completing the program of study during the Spring 2015 semester. Twing was among nearly 900 students to earn a degree and/or certificate. Students were officially recognized during commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 16, at the CougarPlex on the ICC East Peoria Campus.
