Jacob Poor Receives ICC Scholarship

Illinois Central College awarded Jacob A Poor, of Bloomington, IL, with the Part-time Student Scholarship in Honor of the Glenn D. Oertley Family for the 2013-14 academic year. The scholarship was offered through the ICC Educational Foundation and is one of more than 900 scholarships totaling more than $1 million offered annually.
