ICC's Sam Misigaro Competes in Litrenta Triangle Speech Tournament

Sam Misigaro, of Peoria was a member of the Illinois Central College speech team that placed fourth in team sweepstakes at the Harper College Litrenta Triangle Speech Tournament held February 19, 2012. Twenty teams from throughout Illinois participated.

Individually, Misigaro won second place in individual sweepstakes, making him the second top speaker overall in the competition. He also placed second in poetry interpretation, third in program oral interpretation, and fourth in duo interpretation..

The team is coached by Kari Schimmel and assistant coach Fred Heskett.
