Eugenia Amoo-otoo Graduates from Illinois Central College

Eugenia Amoo-otoo, of Peoria, Ill., graduated from Illinois Central College, East Peoria, Ill., with an Associate in Applied Science Degree after completing the program of study during the Spring 2016 semester. Amoo-otoo was among more than 900 students to earn a degree and/or certificate. Students were officially recognized during commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 14, at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Ill.
