Clayton Frankel Earns Honor at National Speech Tournament

Clayton Frankel, of Peoria, IL, and the ICC Speech Team earned honors at the Phi Rho Pi national speech tournament for community colleges April 6-11 in Cleveland, Ohio.This year 59 schools competed in the competition.

Clayton helped the team earn a Silver Medal and earned a Bronze individual award in Speech to Entertain.
