Carmen Abney Receives ICC Scholarship

Illinois Central College awarded Carmen E Abney, of Pekin, IL, with the Dr. William H. and Jeanette McCammon Hart Scholarship for the 2013-14 academic year. The scholarship was offered through the ICC Educational Foundation and is one of more than 900 scholarships totaling more than $1 million offered annually.
