Brittany Hawkins Receives ICC Scholarship

Illinois Central College awarded Brittany M Hawkins, of Princeville, IL, with the Heartland Bank Community Enhancement Award for the 2013-14 academic year. The scholarship was offered through the ICC Educational Foundation and is one of more than 900 scholarships totaling more than $1 million offered annually.
