Illinois Central College Welcomes 400+ High School Students to Campus for Agriculture, Diesel, and Horticulture Career Showcase

East Peoria, IL (09/12/2024) — ICC is welcoming hundreds of local high school students to campus for their annual Agriculture, Diesel, and Horticulture Career Showcase to explore high-demand careers in the high-tech agriculture, diesel-powered equipment, and horticulture industries. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities featuring the latest innovations and technologies, browse equipment displays from industry partners, and ask employers questions about careers in their industries.

Date: Friday, September 13

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Location: ICC East Peoria Campus

Available for interviews:

  • Dana King, Dean of Agricultural and Industrial Technology
  • Faculty members from the Agriculture, Diesel Powered Equipment Technology, and Horticulture programs
  • Industry employers
