47th Annual Power Show and Automotive Open House at Illinois Central College

East Peoria, IL (10/07/2023) — Media is invited to join almost 400 high school students for the Power Show and Automotive Open House on October 10 at Illinois Central College. This event is designed for high school students interested in a career in Automotive Technology and will highlight the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program (GM ASEP) and Automotive Technology programs offered at ICC.

Students will participate in hands-on activities, hear from guest speakers, view a DYNO run, engage with technology demonstrations, and see a car show featuring new and classic vehicles.

Event Details:

Time/Date: Tuesday, October 10, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Location: ICC East Peoria Campus, AIT Building Lot F

Available for Interviews:

  • Automotive Tech and GM ASEP faculty
  • Current ICC Automotive students
